Shipping

Shipping will always be included in the price so that you don't have to figure out shipping, you know what you are looking at pricewise from the get go.  Shipments are included only within the U.S.  There is a 3-5 day processing time before your purchase is shipped, all gold Jewelry orders will be shipped  2-3 day airmail insured and with tracking.

  • Registration

    There is no need to register, order as you go.  Currently we only have the capabilities to order through paypal, leave us a note through paypal checkout with any instruction such as size etc....  This is one of our features that will change soon to better serve you.

  • Payment

    Payments online will be made through paypal only.  We accept secure credit card payments through paypal.  Paypal is the safest and secure way to pay online.  You can see what they offer by visiting their website at www.paypal.com   Contact us for the payment address for checks or money orders.

  • Tracking of items

    Every item shipped with a few exceptions will be delivered to you with a tracking number unless stated otherwise in the description.

  • Sizes and colors.

    If you read a listing that offers different sizes etc... you need to specify by leaving a note in paypal or by contacting us within 24 hours after the payment has been made.

  • Dropshipping

    If you wish to dropship you must contact us to register for free dropshipping at which we will send the dropship policy details and product pricing.

  • International sales

    We are not responsible for any taxes or duties within your country.  That is soley the buyers reponsability.  After payment you will be notified as to what the international shipping costs are and it is to be paid through paypal, or you can email us before you purchase so that we can give you the total cost before you purchase.

  • Taxes

    Any items sold to Nevada residents will pay the Nevada state sales tax of 7.750%

  • Returns

    All sales are final because this Jewelry is coming from the factory direct, they are as described and are exceptional good quality, any of your local Jewelers will tell you the same.  Exceptions to this rule is if you recieved the piece of Jewelry damaged, then you must contact us for the return address then ship the piece back to us in the same packaging and condition that you recieved it in via fedex (2-3 day airmail) insured and with tracking, at which once we receive it we will inspect it, if we agree we will issue you your refund minus the shipping.

  • Just ask!

    If there is a certain style of Jewelry that you are looking for let us know and we will look hard to find it.  Give us 1 week to look and we will let you know if we found it or not.  Maybe it can even be custom made.  This also applies to services such as dropship, let us know and we will work hard in giving you these kinds of services.
